The day will have woven through three distinct elements that will overlap one another as we unravel the conditions listed below.
Firstly, a focus on an exploration of the etiology of a selection of common conditions. Included will be a presentation of current medical and psychological understandings as well as possible treatment plans. Common conditions include:
- Erectile Dysfunction
- Genito Pelvic Pain
- Orgasm conditions such as, anorgasmia, retrograde orgasm and dry orgasm
Secondly there will be a brief overview of the impact of medications on Sexual Dysfunction, in particular the contraindications associated with the use of antidepressants.
Finally, we shall identify conditions which are a preclude to larger health problems and discuss when referral to a GP or medical practitioner should be made.
