At the Manchester Institute we offer a Psychotherapy Training in Transactional Analysis.

This course is recognised by the UKCP and leads to UKCP registration.

This course is taught from an Integrative perspective and therefore the diploma you receive after the 4 years is a diploma in Transactional Analysis from an Integrative perspective.

The graduation after the 4 years is usually in July of that year and the award which is given by the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy also carries UKCP recognition.

We advise people who want to enrol on the 4 year course, to firstly, attend a Two day – 101 introduction to TA workshop.  {These run four times a year at the Institute, and it is a prerequisite to enrollment on the 4 year course}  click here

Please note – that by training with this Institute, students will be given a placement in their second year of training and therefore will have the opportunity to start working with clients within the training programme and will be given supervision to that end.
