I offer psychotherapy and counselling at MIP. I trained in transactional analysis psychotherapy. I have many years experience of personal trauma and family suicide which through years of my own therapy brought me to good emotional place and eventually to become a therapist myself.
I work with trauma and suicide regularly and also focus on anxiety, depression and helping people adjust in their lives.
I have a goal to help those in need, especially those who might not otherwise get the opportunity for private therapy.
I am also the Head of Services and Operations for Goddards cic. In that role I provide coaching for those struggling on benefits to help them improve their lives. I also manage a team of coaches for Goddards and I’m creating a therapy division of Goddards including a TA based model of psychotherapy that can be provided to improve what already exists in the NHS.
I’m approachable and have a natural desire to connect with others.
