THE POWER OF OUTDOOR THERAPY: A TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS APPROACH TO WALK AND TALK PSYCHOTHERAPY

A ONE DAY WORKSHOP

RUN BY SAVA ALLOTT, UKCP

Explore the profound psychological and physical benefits of walk and talk psychotherapy in our upcoming workshop.  Grounded in Transactional Analysis, this training bridges deep relational theory with practical outdoor application.

In this workshop we will cover:

*           Integrating Parent, Adult and Child Ego States on the move.

*           Bring Richard Erskine’s eight Relational Needs into motion.

*           Apply Fanita English’s “Three Unconscious Goddesses” theory as outdoor motivators.

*           Using nature creatively and metaphorically in client work.

*           Essential Ethics, Safeguarding, Contracting and Risk Assessments.

This workshop will equip you with the therapeutic theory and practical tools to confidently transition your practice outside.
